Suggest a topicCommunity & participation
A recurring question. An overlooked barrier. An idea for a useful conversation. Help shape work that serves patients, families and the people supporting them.
You do not have to be an expert, a spokesperson or a prospective client to contribute.
IAE welcomes patients, families, carers, charities, patient advocacy groups, healthcare professionals and industry colleagues. A topic suggestion is enough to begin. You can describe what deserves attention without sharing a personal medical story.

Suggest a topicExplore an interview, podcast or educational contribution. Bring practical experience, a professional perspective or a community priority.
Explore an interview or contributionSuggest a focused piece of education, a charity collaboration or another useful contribution. The purpose and available capacity shape what is possible.
Discuss a collaborationThese invitations are for community participation. They do not start a paid consultancy engagement or a treatment-access request.
The opportunity may be valuable. Your community’s interests need to remain clear.
Before agreeing, ask who sets the purpose, what each party contributes, how participants will be involved, who can use the material and how funding or conflicts will be disclosed. IAE can help frame the questions and discuss whether a community contribution or defined advisory review would be useful.
A useful result
A clearer basis for your next conversation. Selected pro bono support can be considered for a focused charitable or community need; availability and scope are agreed individually.
Your perspective should be treated with care and used for an agreed purpose.
We discuss the topic, audience, format and intended use before asking for a substantive contribution. An introductory message is not consent to publication.
We discuss attribution, privacy, accessibility needs and review arrangements before recording or publication. You can begin with a topic alone.
We agree whether to develop the idea, seek a different contribution or signpost elsewhere. No interview, publication or partnership is promised by submitting an idea.
If you want to explore contributing without being publicly named, ask about the arrangements before sharing the experience. Ordinary email is not anonymous; there is no anonymous submission service on this site.
IAE is a commercial consultancy with a commitment to patient benefit. Community work is not a paid-partnership revenue stream. IAE does not accept paid community partnerships or paid editorial influence.
Ideas for donations or grants should direct support to the intended charity or beneficiaries, with the purpose, recipients, administration and independence agreed in advance. IAE is not collecting donations through this website. Each initiative will be announced only when its arrangements are confirmed.
Suggest an idea for beneficiary-directed supportIAE’s advice is independent of a medicine supply or logistics sale. Community information does not represent a company’s policy or an access decision.
We can consider general process questions and signpost to official information or patient organisations. IAE cannot receive, submit, broker or progress individual treatment-access requests, arrange medicines or provide medical advice.
