A logistics change can change the wider arrangement.
A warehouse move, new country, different supplier or revised clinical-trial supply model can affect more than the delivery schedule. Regulatory responsibilities, quality agreements, safety interfaces and continuity assumptions may need to change with it.
IAE helps sponsors, access operators, wholesalers and logistics organisations assess those connections before making commitments. The contribution is independent advisory and implementation support; IAE does not procure, store or transport medicines.

- What activity is changing?Define the medicine, country, product status, proposed movement and organisations involved.
- Which responsibilities follow the change?Identify licence, import, quality, safety and authorised-person questions for the relevant experts and responsible parties.
- What must be evidenced?Agree the documents, agreements, capability information and readiness decisions required before transition.
- How will continuity be managed?Set the sequence, dependencies, contingency questions, communications and points for reassessment.

The assignment can produce a gap assessment, responsibility map, transition plan and documented readiness criteria. It should make clear what can proceed, what depends on further evidence and who must decide.
For providers developing a new service, the same assessment tests whether the proposed offer is supported by a workable operating model and credible sponsor interface.
